Job Summary
This position requires excellent customer service skills as well as basic office and computer skills. Previous Accounts Receivable experiences preferred. Must be able to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize in a busy work environment. Duties include but are not limited to maintaining accurate Owners Association records, billing, and assisting customers.

Typical Schedule
Days:
Monday – Friday, one Saturday every 5 weeks from 9am-1pm, including holidays and additional days as needed
Hours:
9am – 5:30pm, additional hours as needed
Core Responsibilities
- Assist customers by phone, email, chat, or written communication regarding their account(s)
- Manage all Accounts Receivable aspects for the assigned association including invoicing, processing and posting payments, writing off charges, making appropriate journal entries, assessing and resolving any discrepancies, preparing daily and month end reports, balancing the associations credit card payments daily & monthly with Dollars on the Net and collaborating with collections or the third-party collection firm for delinquent accounts
- Maintain and update owner records
- Retain records via document imaging
- Other duties as assigned by management
