We are seeking a skilled Grill Team Member to join our team at the Great Escape Lodge. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional food service and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Prepare and cook food to meet quality and temperature standards.
- Assume responsibility for the quality of products served.
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products.
- Clean and sanitize work stations and equipment.
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up.
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
Requirements
- Must be 18 or over.
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
- Prior culinary experience is preferred.
