About This Role
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous culinary experience and be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality of all food served by checking for temperature, freshness, and presentation.
- Regulate cooking equipment temperatures and prepare food according to Six Flags standards.
- Assume responsibility for maintaining a clean and sanitary work station area.
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products.
- Prepare food portions according to standard sizes and recipe specifications.
Requirements
- Must be 18 or over.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as necessary.
- Previous culinary experience preferred.
