Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety protocols to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the Public Safety team to review and refine safety procedures.
- Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of claims, lawsuits, and safety training documentation.
- Communicate effectively with local emergency response agencies to ensure seamless cooperation.
- Supervise life safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in monthly Safety Committee meetings to discuss and address safety concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
- New York Security Guard License desired but not required at hire.
