What you’ll do…
We are seeking an experienced and creative Content Development Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing digital content and brand collateral that drives new patient acquisition, improves patient retention, and strengthens the Great Expressions Dental Centers brand.
This position is located at the GEDC Practice Support Center in Southfield, MI, requiring on-site presence at least four days per week. During the initial training period, full-time in-office attendance (five days per week) will be required.
What you’ll bring to the team…
- Collaborates with agency to create content for social media, web content, and other SEO needs, including images, photos, videos, and written content.
- Tailor content to different audience segments and stages of the patient journey to improve new patient growth, retention, and brand reputation.
- Collaborate with operations and clinical to develop patient education and marketing collateral for offices. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and messages.
- Designs and develop branded collateral for dental services, patient financial assistance programs, and other materials as directed.
- Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and external agencies to identify and leverage appropriate content distribution channels, including social media, email, website, and online advertising to ensure seamless content integration and promotion.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for content marketing initiatives, such as website traffic, engagement, lead generation, and new patient conversion rates.
- Analyze data to identify trends, optimize content performance, and measure ROI.
- Coordinates photo and video shoots as directed.
