POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for recruiting physicians and advance practice professionals for the medical staff and assisting with the development of strategic recruiting plans. The position has an additional focus on orientation, onboarding and retention of recruited providers.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, communications or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1-2 years related experience and/or training, required.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Excellent telephone and computer skills, including keyboard.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and keep work organized in a hectic work environment, with patient care always being the priority.
- knowledge of internet recruitment tools.
