POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for overseeing the clinical operations and ensuring the efficient delivery of healthcare services in an outpatient setting. The role often requires leadership, clinical expertise, and a strong understanding of healthcare management. The role plays a crucial role in ensuring that outpatient clinics operate efficiently, providing excellent patient care while adhering to all necessary regulations.
EDUCATION:
- Nursing degree or Bachelors degree in healthcare field
- BSN, preferred
EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years of Nursing experience or Healthcare Management
- 2 years of outpatient or physician office setting experience preferred.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
- RN licensed in the State of Montana, if applicable
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- General nursing office procedures
- Leadership principles and mentoring/training of staff; in depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
- Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in E.H.R documentation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position
