Certification and Licensure Requirements:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Critical Care RN to join our hospital team. Our facility boasts 36 licensed inpatient beds and 10 ICU beds, making it an ideal environment for those looking to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting. With our expanding cardiac services, we require a nurse with expertise in critical care, CVICU, and open heart experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical, emotional, spiritual, and cultural support to patients in a cardiac medical surgical unit.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, allied health staff, and other departments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Operate advanced medical equipment, including A-lines, invasive lines, chest tubes, and ventilatory support systems.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, and a degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Knowledge: Advanced nursing principles and procedures, with a focus on critical care and cardiovascular interventions.
- Skills: Proficiency in basic office equipment, multiple IV pumps, and EKG interpretation.
