Your Role
As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be an integral member of our multidisciplinary team, working closely with providers, charge nurses, supervisors, and directors to ensure seamless patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing individualized patient care that addresses their physical, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs.
- Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
- Participating in educational programs and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Advanced nursing principles and procedures knowledge, preferably in critical care, CVICU, and open-heart experience.
- Proficiency in operating advanced medical equipment, including A-lines, invasive lines, chest tubes, non-invasive and invasive ventilatory support, basic cardiac telemetry, and EKG interpretation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
