Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our septic company. Responsibilities

Handle customer concerns, resolve issues when possible, and escalate complex complaints to management if needed.
Maintain and update customer records, service histories, and billing information.
Process payments, invoices, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.

Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction after service.

Qualifications
High school diploma / GED
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
Comfortable using computers
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
Understanding of active listening techniques and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
