Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office and Accounting Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for general office duties including answering phones, appointment scheduling, payroll processing and reporting, accounts payable, cash handling, maintaining financial records, and assisting with other office tasks. The ideal candidate will have a background in basic accounting, general office operations and customer service experience.

Duties
- Appointment scheduling and client on boarding.
- Process payroll and related reports, maintain payroll records.
- Process accounts payable transactions.
- Answer telephones and provide customer service as needed.
- Process and reconcile drivers daily cash reports.
- Prepare bank deposits.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel spreadsheets, and accounting software is a plus.
- Previous experience in accounts payable and payroll processing is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.
- Customer service experience is helpful.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Pre-employment drug testing is required.
