We are seeking an experienced and dynamic front of house supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. Duties
- Supervise and train restaurant/bar staff to ensure excellent service and adherence to company policies.
- Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and financial reporting.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the bar area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service during busy periods.
- Create innovative drink menus and promote special events to enhance customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in a bar management role or as an assistant manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of cash handling practices and financial management within the food service industry.
- Familiarity with inventory control systems and budgeting processes.
- Experience in food safety regulations and food management practices is essential.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and customers.
