We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of outdoor spaces through various landscaping tasks. Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Dig, plant, and cultivate gardens to ensure healthy growth of plants and flowers.
- Assist in building hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
- Conduct snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access to properties.
- Carry out groundskeeping duties to keep outdoor areas clean and presentable.
- Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate hand tools and small machinery safely and efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy materials.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices is a plus.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and detail in all tasks performed.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions throughout the year.
