Bakers, kitchen prep, service staff/front of house

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic team members. Training provided. Low-stress environment, fun team, flexible hours. Employees receive free meals and baked goods. Some positions are tip eligible.

Duties

• Baking of bread, sweets/goodies, and kitchen prep
• Utilize kitchen equipment and tools, including knives, safely and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety protocols.
• Collaborate with and support team members.
• Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies appropriately.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or culinary environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to help others within the kitchen team.
• Must be able to follow instructions accurately and maintain attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
