We have bread to bake and goodies and sandwiches to make. We are in need of a quality and capable person who fits our culture. We are looking to hire this critical position within 3 weeks.
Responsible for preparation of sandwich meats/cheeses, spreads and toppings - Previous experience not necessary. Must be teachable and capable to learn new trade and work hard with a timeline in mind. You enjoy learning new things and are highly motivated to get things done accurately to keep the rest of the team doing what they do best.
Must be available Saturdays!

Nature of the role:
- Manage sandwich prep work, including making tuna & chicken salad, slicing tomatoes & onions, making spreads, and slicing and portioning meats and cheeses.
- Prepare box lunches for catering orders
- Make sandwiches for catering orders and to go orders, including breakfast sandwiches, and hot and cold sandwiches.
- Assist the team in slicing and bagging breads, cleaning up, and customer service
Key elements of this role:
- Follow recipes to make sandwich ingredients
- Work the sandwich line to prepare made-to-order sandwiches
- Keep the sandwich area clean and uncluttered
- Assist with other urgent situations in the whole of the bakery – catering orders, slicing, customer service
