What You'll Be Doing
Leading with Confidence Set the tone for top-tier service, ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and memorable.
Mentoring the A-Team Train, motivate, and guide our servers, bartenders, and support staff to be the best in the biz.
Creating Flawless Experiences Oversee dining services, private events, and club gatherings to ensure seamless execution and happy members.
Keeping It All Running Smoothly Manage reservations, coordinate table flow, and work closely with the kitchen and management teams to keep things moving.
Problem-Solving Like a Pro Address member concerns with grace and ensure service recovery is swift and effective.
Setting the Standard Maintain the club s high expectations for hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism.
What Makes You a Great Fit
A Natural Leader You love taking charge, coaching others, and making sure the whole team is in sync.

Experienced & Knowledgeable At least 2 years in a supervisory/service role in fine dining, country clubs, or upscale hospitality.
Cool Under Pressure You know how to handle a busy night with grace, keep the team energized, and solve issues before they even happen.
Flexible & Dedicated Nights, weekends, and holidays? No problem. You re in it for the experience, and you thrive when things are happening.
Bonus Points If You Have TABC and Food Handler s certifications (or willingness to get them).
