Entry Level HR Assistant (Hybrid)

Seeking a motivated and personable HR Assistant to come join our team!

This role will start at least 3 days a week. 30-40 hours. May turn into full time (M-F).

Responsibilities :

  • Assist HR manager with recruiting needs
  • Candidate screening and onboarding
  • Travel to client sites in Ventura County

Requirements :

  • MUST be Bilingual English / Spanish
  • Must be willing to travel within Ventura County. Reliable transportation required.
  • Must be willing to travel to client sites as needed (mileage reimbursed)
