Job Summary :
We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at our packaging solutions facility . This role involves operating and assist maintaining highperformance packaging equipment including machines from Gofar Apstar Ward Bobst and Siemens . The ideal candidate will be responsible for machine operation and assisting with maintenance to ensure smooth production. This position requires being on your feet for most of the shift in a fastpaced manufacturing environment .
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure consistent and efficient production.
- Adjust machine settings to meet production specifications and quality standards.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Assist maintenance teams with equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Conduct quality checks on finished packaging materials to ensure they meet company and customer requirements.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean organized work environment.
- Accurately record production data and report any machine malfunctions or inefficiencies.
