This role is responsible for applying highquality powder coatings on various metal surfaces ensuring optimal durability appearance and adherence to company standards.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in both preparation and application techniques and have a strong understanding of the safety protocols and maintenance of equipment involved in powder coating.
Qualifications :
Experience : 2 years of experience in powder coating and industrial painting in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge : Understanding of different powder types curing processes and quality inspection standards.
Physical Requirements : Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Schedule : MF second shift 3 : 15pm11 : 45pm with OT on Saturdays
Hourly rate : $19$21 DOE
