This role plays a vital part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in billing, contract review, insurance renewals, and project financial reporting. What You’ll Do:
- Manage commercial project financials, including AIA billing, CCIP reporting, and subcontractor payments.
- Review and process contracts, ensuring compliance with waivers, insurance requirements, and project reporting systems like Textura and Procore.
- Oversee monthly financial processes, including CCIP reporting, project reporting, and subcontractor waivers.
- Handle insurance renewals and audits, ensuring all project-related insurance requirements are met.
- Provide backup support for residential invoicing, assisting in accounts receivable as needed.
- Collaborate with project managers and leadership, offering insights on financial performance and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in construction or commercial accounting, preferably in a stone fabrication, millwork, or construction setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and project management platforms such as Textura, Procore, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with AIA billing and CCIP reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, working with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
