Join Our Team as an Advanced Maintenance Technician
Located in the heart of Romeoville, IL, our maintenance department is searching for a dedicated individual ready to tackle challenges on our 2nd shift. You'll report to our experienced Maintenance Manager while working amidst a dynamic production environment.
Your Role: Responsibilities
- Equipment Mastery: Oversee, repair, and ensure seamless operation of food processing machinery and utility equipment.
- Technical Repair Skills: Handle setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various machinery such as stackers and conveyors.
- Electrical Expertise: Dive into diagnosing and fixing electrical issues across numerous systems, including panels and wiring.
- Safety First: Strict adherence to safety protocols such as lockout/tagout and ladder safety.
- Communication & Response: Engage effectively across teams and respond swiftly to equipment breakdowns.
What Is Required?
- Exceptional language proficiency for reading instructions and reporting.
- Autonomous, self-starter mentality with a passion for teamwork.
- Five years of experience in similar environments, specifically FDA or USDA settings.
- License to drive in Illinois and fluency in Spanish are advantageous.
