Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and food preparation machines.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions to determine the best course of action for repair.
- Install new kitchen equipment according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and any follow-up actions required.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in kitchen equipment technology.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician or similar role in the kitchen equipment industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of kitchen equipment.
- systems as they relate to kitchen appliances is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to job sites.
- Certification in appliance repair or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
