We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our facilities. The Maintenance Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and productive environment for all staff.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring high standards of work and safety practices.
- Oversee facilities management, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of equipment.
- Manage project management tasks related to maintenance projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Interpret schematics for electrical systems to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing repair or improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding maintenance operations.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in maintenance procedures.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities management or a similar supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems (both low voltage and high voltage), and general maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in using tools such as voltmeters for electrical troubleshooting.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively coordinate with team members and other departments.
- Experience in project management to oversee multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to electrical systems.
