Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Utilize voltmeters and schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
- Fabricate components as necessary to support maintenance tasks or improve system functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed and parts used.
- Train staff on proper maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and the use of equipment.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a maintenance supervisory role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, logic controllers, low voltage systems, and general maintenance practices.
- Proficient in using voltmeters and reading schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to diagnosing issues.
