Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities and work orders.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately.
- Fabricate parts as needed to support repairs or improvements.
- Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support in daily tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from other departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance or repair roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor team members effectively.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their application in industrial settings is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrating logical thinking in troubleshooting scenarios.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Previous experience using CMMS is a plus but not required.
- A strong customer service orientation with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
