Responsibilities

- Lead a team of warehouse associates, providing training, support, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity.
- Implement best practices for warehouse management to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Assist with heavy lifting and the movement of goods as necessary to meet operational needs.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (such as AS400) to track inventory levels and manage orders effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of e-commerce orders.

- Proven experience in logistics and warehouse operations, with a strong understanding of inventory control methods.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with warehouse duties.
