About the Role:
As a Field Production Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our projects run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll work closely with crews, suppliers, and homeowners to coordinate job site activities, maintain quality control, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee Job Sites – Ensure crews have everything they need and work is progressing as planned.
✅ Coordinate with Crews & Suppliers – Keep communication flowing between subcontractors, suppliers, and the production team.
✅ Assist with Project Scheduling – Help plan and adjust timelines to maximize efficiency.
✅ Quality Control & Inspections – Conduct site visits to check workmanship, safety compliance, and project progress.
✅ Customer Communication – Keep homeowners informed, answer their questions, and ensure their satisfaction.
✅ Manage Change Orders & Issues – Address unexpected challenges on-site and coordinate quick solutions.
✅ Collect Payments & Close Out Jobs – Ensure all paperwork is completed and final payments are received.
✅ Support Insurance Adjustments – Attend insurance inspections and assist with claims and approvals.
✅ Assist Homeowners with Work Orders – Guide homeowners through the work order process, ensuring accuracy and a seamless experience.
✅ Diagnose Minor Roof Issues – Identify small roofing problems and communicate necessary repairs to the team.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Must be fluent in Spanish – Ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking homeowners and crew members.
✔ Strong organizational skills – Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
✔ Excellent communication skills – Comfortable working with subcontractors, suppliers, and homeowners.
✔ Problem-solving mindset – Ability to think quickly and find solutions on the spot.
✔ Attention to detail – Ensure quality and accuracy in project execution.
✔ Basic roofing knowledge – Ability to assess minor roofing issues and relay repair needs.
✔ Team player attitude – Work collaboratively with the production team to meet goals.
✔ Construction or project management experience (preferred but not required).

Pay: $18.95 - $19.98 per hour
