Party Rental Team Lead
Location: Oxford, Mi
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our team and lead a group of employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, setting goals and objectives, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support to team members. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Lead a team of employees in the completion of tasks and projects.
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Ensure that team members are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to management.
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency.
- Motivate team members to reach their highest potential.
- Manage conflicts within the team.
Key Role and Responsibilities
- Help unload rented items at location.
- Install and tear down tents.
- Ensure all products in the order have been cleaned and loaded for deliveries.
- Ensure all products in the order are received without damages.
- Perform special instructions listed in the delivery slip (Call head, setup tables and chairs, place tent in specific location, etc.)
- Check weather conditions before and during installation.
- Place items at designated areas
- Stack chairs, tables at end of event
- Clean charger plates
- Other duties as assigned.
- Team member will be required to work all shifts.
- Team member will be taught to drive a box truck.
Work Experience
- General work experience
- Experience driving a commercial vehicle is ideal but not mandatory
Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge
- Ability to team lift 25 - 75
- Positive attitude
- Self-starter
- Ability to work in a team setting and alone
- Ability to take the initiative
- Must have an active driver’s license
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
