This can be year-round or just for the summer, hands-on work — perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying busy, and being part of a solid crew.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Load & unload rental equipment at event sites
• Set up and tear down tents, tables, and chairs
• Follow setup instructions and customer requests (like tent placement or special setups)
• Clean and inspect rental items before delivery
• Double check deliveries to make sure nothing’s missing or damaged
• Help clean up and organize items after events
• Stack and stage furniture like a pro
• Learn to drive a box truck (we’ll train you!)
• Work all kinds of shifts — flexibility is key
• Keep safety in mind, especially when working in different weather conditions
• Be ready to pitch in wherever needed — no two events are the same

What We’re Looking For:

• No experience required — just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Previous experience with manual labor, delivery, or driving a plus
• Able to lift 25–75 lbs (with a teammate — we don’t want you to throw out your back)
• Self-starter with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working alone or with a crew
• Valid Driver’s License (Chauffeur’s license & DOT Medical Card a bonus)
• Must live within 15 minutes of Oxford, MI

Pay & Perks:

• $17.00 – $19.00/hour based on experience
• Flexible schedule (day/night/weekend shifts available)

Schedule Options:

• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• Day shifts, night shifts, weekend shifts — we’ve got it all

This isn’t your average warehouse job — it’s fast-paced, fun, and every day you’re helping set the stage for someone’s wedding, backyard party, or community event.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
