Job Overview
The Great Lakes Coca-Cola team is seeking a highly motivated and physically capable individual to join our Merchandising department. As a Merchandising Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along your route.
About the Role
- Travel Requirements: You will be required to travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to perform merchandising duties.
- Lifting and Moving: You must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Reliable Transportation: You must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record, and valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities as a Merchandising Professional will include:
- Transporting product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck.
- Managing backroom by organizing and consolidating product.
- Reporting backstock inventory levels.
- Maintaining relationships in the market by providing best-in-class service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- You must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
- You must be able to pass a post-offer background check and drug test.
- You must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
