Program Analyst - Fremont Headquarters, OH
Four-Day Work Week, 34 hours (Monday to Thursday), 8am-5pm
Pay starting at $1128 per week
Summary: Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and financial management systems to measure, evaluate and ensure outcomes are met. Analyze department programs to ensure compliance with contracts, local, state, and federal regulations, policies and procedures. Coordinate and supervise daily work of support staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate program expenses to ensure financial compliance with allowable costs; provide troubleshooting, and work with staff to implement process improvement recommendations.
- Provide training and assistance to staff on program financial requirements.
- Develop and implement program budgets including the department’s comprehensive budget; prepare, analyze, forecast, and recommend modifications as needed; serve as the primary contact for the budgeting process.
- Review and monitor monthly financial statements and program spending for completeness, reliability and accuracy to ensure contract compliance; Analyze allocations and expenses and issue reports of findings on a regular basis.
- Forecast expenditures in preparation for the program close out process. Ensure close out process data is reliable and accurate.
- Review and approve purchasing and invoicing documentation and ensure timely submission to accounting.
- Develop and maintain processes and systems to ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with department inventory, program financial requirements including information requests and preparing and submitting detailed reports.
- Assist with preparation of contracts, proposals, and documents.
- Maintain up to date knowledge on program compliance and contractual obligations related to funding sources, policies and procedures, accounting principles, and fiscal and management systems
- Other duties and responsibilities as directed by supervisor.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education
Required Bachelor degree in an area of study related to business and/or finance or equivalent combination of education and experience; certification in Excel within one year.
Experience: Minimum two years experience in accounting related area and/or multiple program account management and one to three years experience working with word processing, spreadsheet, accounting, internet, and database software; prefer one to three years supervisory experience.

- Initial and periodic Motor Vehicle Records checks, maintain a valid driver’s license, and maintain a safe driving record.

- Ability to be reached by cellular phone during business hours and after hours.
