Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in assisting the Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer for billing, collection of payments, customer credit limits, and other data entry duties in accordance all applicable laws, regulations, and Great Lakes standards.

Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in assisting the Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer for billing, collection of payments, customer credit limits, and other data entry duties in accordance all applicable laws, regulations, and Great Lakes standards.
Education And Experience
Required
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 1 to 2 years of prior administrative office work experience
- Physical ability to lift 15lbs and reach low filing areas.
- Ability to commute.
- Accounting related experience (at least 1-2 years)
- Or Accounting Education (2 years or more at accredited school)
- Prepare and submit daily billing
- Record cash receipts accurately and timely
- Accurately prepare bank deposits
- Prepare returned material authorizations and credit memo’s
- Assist in customer onboarding
- Assist in customer credit application process
- Analyze reports and assist in collecting past due invoices.
- Keep sales records organized and filed
- Assist in triaging phone calls
- Assist the controller with additional A/R reporting functions
