We are seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead our financial operations and drive strategic growth. Key Responsibilities
- Financial Leadership: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting functions to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Strategic Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Shore Capital Investment Team, providing tactical and strategic financial counsel.
- Reporting & Analysis: Lead the creation and distribution of financial reports, including monthly financial reviews, site-level P&Ls, and board materials.
- Investor & Lender Relations: Own communication with Shore Capital Partners and banking partners, including liquidity management, compliance, and financial reporting.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and risk management.
- Annual Budget & Audit: Lead cross-functional budgeting processes and oversee annual audits and tax compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in a similar finance leadership role within a multi-site, high-growth environment (healthcare or PE-backed experience is a plus).
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and strategic financial planning.
- Public accounting or transaction advisory background preferred (Big 4 or similar is a plus).
- CPA strongly preferred; MBA or Master’s in Finance/Accounting is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling capabilities.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented organization.
Salary : $160,000 - $180,000
