We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Office Manager to join our medical office team. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the office, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and support to our medical staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, healthcare knowledge, and the ability to manage administrative processes in a medical setting.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
- Office Operations: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the medical office, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative processes.
- Team Management: Supervise front office staff and support personnel, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure a high level of patient service and operational efficiency.
- Patient Experience: Ensure that patients receive a positive and efficient experience, from appointment scheduling and check-in to follow-up and billing.
- Appointment Scheduling: Oversee appointment scheduling, manage patient calendars, and optimize scheduling to minimize wait times and maximize provider efficiency.
- Billing and Insurance: Coordinate billing and insurance processes, including verifying patient insurance coverage and resolving billing inquiries.
- Health Information Management: Maintain and manage patient medical records, ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations.
- Vendor and Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with medical suppliers, ensuring timely procurement of medical supplies and equipment.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA, and oversee the implementation of policies and procedures.
- Facilities Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe medical office environment, ensuring compliance with healthcare safety and infection control protocols.
- Technology and Equipment: Oversee the functioning of medical equipment and technology in the office, coordinating IT support as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in medical office management or a similar healthcare administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
