Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site support and maintenance for fitness equipment in multiple facilities. Candidate must have reliable, fuel efficient transportation. We are looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and has a technical background with knowledge in mechanical and electrical functions. We are looking for someone who can work independently and can interact with the customer in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and concerns.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Inspect and troubleshoot machines to identify repair needs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field service or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of fitness equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
