This role requires proven leadership experience:

• Minimum 2 year as an Installation Manager, Service Manager, or similar role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop installation teams, driving company revenue and controlling costs.
• Oversee residential roofing, siding, and window installation projects in Michigan
• Schedule installations and manage the ordering, delivery, and receiving of materials.
• Conduct contract reviews and confirm installation details with homeowners.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience through ongoing communication and follow-up.
• Take precise final measurements for accurate ordering and installations.
• Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing subcontractor team.
• Handle collections, project completions, services, and necessary documentation.
• Effectively manage material and labor costs.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and retain skilled subcontractors.
• Driven, organized, and enthusiastic; comfortable taking calls during daytime and early evening hours.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with homeowners, administrative staff, sales personnel, and subcontractors.
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate customer and operational needs.
