2-3 Years of CANVASSING - SALES and/or OUTSIDE FIELD SALES Management
(Home Improvement Field Canvass Management Experience Considered a Plus and Earns Extra Comp Consideration!) - Build, lead, mentor, and drive a successful Outside Door to Door Canvas Team
- Effectively recruit and hire canvassers
- Set/exceed objectives of Canvass Sales Team performance
- Achieve Territory Canvassing Sales objectives with sales goals, performance data, and forecasts
- Proven record of canvassing sales success from managing to closing sales
AND/OR Any SALES Management Experience with proven SALES track record of meeting SALES goals - Ability to work light evenings, light Saturday and travel
