Great Lakes Landscape Design has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Operations Manager to join our team! The Director of Operations will lead departments for landscape construction, horticultural maintenance, commercial snow removal, and fleet/facility. Our Director of Operations will be a key leadership team member and help us drive strategic decisions for our organization reporting directly to the general manager. The candidate should be prepared to integrate all departments to continue our quest for rapid growth.

Requirements for our Landscaping Division Manager
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Landscaping Division Manager, Landscaping Operations Manager, or similar;
- Must have experience with landscape industry software such as LMN or similar and be comfortable with technology;
- Has experience in people leadership including coaching and developing a team;
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check;
- Possesses the ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, climb, and kneel, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
