JOB DESCRIPTION
The Great Lakes Loons are seeking candidates to join our Food and Beverage Culinary Team! Candidates will provide exceptional service and experiences to guests of Dow Diamond. Food and Beverage Culinary Team members are responsible for preparing and serving food to guests of Loons games and Dow Diamond Events. This includes : food preparation, portioning, fulfilling orders, quality control, ensuring guest satisfaction, and having fun!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Serving guests in an efficient, friendly manner.
- Using recipes and production standards to ensure the highest quality food service.
- Carrying pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stoves, and refrigerators in accordance with established safety standards.
- Storing food in designated areas with proper covering, dating, and food safety.
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining all work areas, equipment, and utensils.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skill, and Ability : A friendly and out-going personality. Flexible work hours to include day, evening, weekend and holiday hours. Highly self-motivated and directed.
