REPORTING : Assistant General Manager – Facility Operations
JOB SUMMARY
The Facility Operations Assistant will be responsible for performing various tasks to support the operations of Dow Diamond. These tasks include monitoring video camera feeds, locking and unlocking the stadium for events, assisting with set up and tear down for Dow Diamond Events and provide additional support to the facility operations department as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Monitor live camera feeds from various locations within Dow Diamond to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff members.
- Monitor communications with Dow ES&S and ensure daily communications are made in conjunction with Loons / Dow procedures.
- Assist with the locking and unlocking of stadium gates and doors for events, games, practices, etc.
- Help with the set-up and tear-down of equipment, seating, and other amenities for Dow Diamond Events and other stadium activities.
- Support the Facility Operations department with various tasks, including cleaning and general maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests of Dow Diamond and all internal stakeholders.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests
- Must be flexible with working nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Other duties as deemed necessary or as directed.
