Description
- Achieve sales quotas by creating new, profitable sales volume for the company through a focused expansion of the customer base.
- Prospect for new leads in your territory.
- Service existing clients.
- Effectively demonstrate product line.
- Update our Customer Relationship Management software with accurate, timely information.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000 (paid bi-weekly).
- Commission: Commission begins after successfully completing 90 days of employment and receiving a favorable performance review. You will have 12 months from your hire date to reach 75,000 new, paid monthly gallons.
- Other Perks: Company car and company paid fuel.
- PTO: Accrue 12 days of paid time off annually (includes vacation, sick, and personal time). Prorated based on start date. Increases to 17 days per year after 7 years of employment.
- Paid Holidays: 6 days per calendar year: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
- Benefits: We offer a full benefits package including 3 medical plans to choose from, dental, vision, long term disability, accident insurance, voluntary life insurance, and critical illness. FSA and HSA options also available.
