Sales Representative Inside/Outside

Job Overview
We are a progressive well established Wholesale Distributor, serving Northern Michigan for over 80 years with Plumbing, Heating, HVAC & Piping products. We are seeking a motivated individual for an Inside/Outside Sales Representative position, based in our Gaylord Michigan branch. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive our sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for sales, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication, create interest in our products, services and company.
• Responsibilities to include making sales calls in person, by phone and email. Will be responsible for quoting, invoicing, technical support, project print review and technical support and solutions to meet those needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proven sales experience or a strong desire to pursue a successful career in sales.
• Excellent verbal, written and computer communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
