What are the responsibilities and job description for the Emergency Services Manager position at Great Lakes Restoration?
Great Lakes Restoration is looking for an Emergency Services Manager that will be responsible for mitigating residential and commercial properties from water, fire, and environmental issues. The Emergency Services Manager activities include:
- Establish and maintain customer communications until job completion
- Explain processes and answer customer questions, as needed
- Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns to ensure customer needs are met
- Communicate scope expectations to technicians and supervise their activities
- Estimate losses using Xactimate or any software deemed necessary by management
- Settle estimates with insurance representatives, home owners, business owners, and third parties
- Daily communication with office personnel the job status and file documentation
- Perform water mitigation processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
- Ability to remove house and building materials such as drywall, carpet, etc...
- Leave job sites clean and neat
- Willingness to wear PPE as needed
- Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details
- Manage supplies and project consumables
- Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
