Low Slope Roofer Requirements : Enjoy working outdoors in a team environment Have a current, clean driver's license Have the mobility to stand, bend & kneel repeatedly or for extended periods of time No fear of heights or confined spaces & be confident climbing ladders Ability to lift 55 pounds, handle materials, ladders, and tools (Prior construction experience or general knowledge helps) Capable of complying with safety requirements and guidelines.
Low Slope Roofer Responsibilities : Install roof systems efficiently and safely (we can teach you how) Meet production and quality goals (be able to receive feedback on your work) Deliver excellent customer service (you are the face of the company) Maintain clean, safe job sites, equipment and materials (emphasis on the safety!) Prior construction experience can position you for advancement to Crew Foreman.
