Event Security

Job Description:

The Event Security will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all attendees, staff, and performers at events held in the location. This includes monitoring entrances and exits, checking bags and belongings, and responding to any incidents or emergencies that may arise. The Event Security will work closely with event organizers and local law enforcement to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.  This is not a full-time position, and you need to have your own Transportaion and be able to qualify for an Ohio Guard Card. Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in security or law enforcement preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities:

• Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel enter the event
• Check bags and belongings for prohibited items
• Respond to any incidents or emergencies that may arise
• Communicate with event organizers and local law enforcement as needed
• Ensure the safety and security of all attendees, staff, and performers
• Report any suspicious activity or behavior to the appropriate authorities
• Provide excellent customer service to all attendees
