1ST & 2ND SHIFT POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Starting pay : $30.00 / h - $35.00 / h

Job May Include :

  • Operating DCC-CMM
  • Create and verify CMM Programming using PC-DMIS
  • Review GD&T requirements
  • Provide Engineering and Quality with recommendations for Check / Hold fixture design
  • Perform all dimensional layouts and capability studies for all FAI / PPAP submissions
  • Perform IQA for components requiring dimension verification
  • Assist in Measurement System Analysis (GRR) as required

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in CMM Programming
  • Knowledge with Model-Based GD&T inspection technology
  • Able to read and understand engineering drawings, models, specifications and standards.
  • Able to perform complex surface plate setups
  • Able to perform component inspection using basic Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic equipment
