Summary
We are looking for an Infrastructure Administrator (IA) to join our Operational Technology (OT) Team to design, configure, administer, and secure the GLWA process control systems. Our talented team consists of highly dedicated Infrastructure Administrators, Engineers, and Technicians that work closely together to ensure that the process control systems are available, reliable, secure, and continuously improving.
The OT Infrastructure Administrator is a multifaceted interdisciplinary position that plays a critical role throughout the lifecycle of the OT systems at GLWA. Participatory roles include planning, design, installation, maintenance, system administration, network operations, and cybersecurity operations.
Infrastructure Administrator promotes effective teamwork, demonstrate continuous learning, and encourage innovation in others. Responsible and accountable for delivering high standards of work quality and organizational performance. Demonstrate strategic planning and time management. Participate in the development, recommendation, and administration of GLWA-OT policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for provisioning, installing / configuring, administration, and maintaining Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure including Process control systems, networks, hardware, software, and related peripherals
- System Administration for the Ovation Distributed Control System, Allen Bradley / Rockwell systems, including servers, workstations, historians, and controllers
- Capacity planning and management, security planning and management, and performance management of one or more systems
- Configuring, I / O database, HMI graphics, control logic, reporting, and communications.
- Technical Lead for internal and capital projects that include OT infrastructure components
- Responsible for reviewing designs and ensuring that they meet business and technical requirements.
- Consult, coordinate, and communicate with Process Operations and other business units to improve functionality and performance of the process control systems
- Participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the process control system
- Plan, design, and implement additions, upgrades, replacements, or retirements of network and communications OT infrastructure
- Perform new software releases, upgrade, evaluate and install patches and resolve network and communications hardware and software related problems
