We are looking for an experienced, organized & growth-minded person with a marketing background to fill the position of Senior Marketing Manager.
JOB SUMMARY
Direct and oversee marketing & communications for our company and co-lead the promotion of the brands and products we represent. Responsible for development, implementation, measurement, and presentation of marketing and communication efforts in various mediums including digital, print and broadcast communications. Suggests marketing campaign ideas though various types of media, as well as counsel top management on effective communications tactics and strategies. Manage multiple projects on a daily basis. Work closely with senior management on strategic initiatives and communication plans.
EDUCATIONAL / SKILL SET & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in marketing, communications, business administration or related field
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing communications, public relations, community relations, or advertising
- Experience managing and executing across several communications media
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Extensive successful writing and editing experience with a variety of print and online communications media
- Demonstrated experience and leadership in managing a comprehensive strategic communications, media relations, and marketing programs to advance the companies missions and goals
- Creative and thoughtful on how new media technologies can be utilized
- Self-starter, willing to execute day-to-day tasks and work independently
- Experience with WordPress, Constant Contact, Canva, Google Business Suite and other digital marketing platforms and tools
- Experience with all major social media platforms, including : YouTube, Meta / Facebook, LinkedIn, X / Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify, Apple podcasts & I Heart Media
- Ability to prioritize, follow through, and complete tasks efficiently & effectively
