Job Description
Using the mission as your guide, provide the best service to team members and our members. As a Member Support Staff you will keep a constant evaluation of your area, be able to answer questions based on your team and your area, and be responsible for all the following duties for your team.

Duties to be performed: (but not limited to)
Being the first impression of GreatLIFE
Greeting and helping members with their comments and concerns
Performing opening and closing duties
Answering phone calls, assisting with membership sign ups, questions, and concerns
Following a cleaning checklist
Taking Quality Maintenance Tours of the entire facility
Relaying information to members about upcoming promotions and events
Additional Requirements:
Perform duties with a positive attitude
Be able to work within a team
Provide outstanding customer service
Be proficient with computers, knowledgeable in excel
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.75 - $15.00 per hour
