We're on the hunt for a Creative Strategy Portfolio Lead (Director) to join a top-tier LA-based Performance Agency on a growth fast-track. They have a headcount of 300 and growing; a massive campus office in downtown LA with a fully loaded studio space sprawling over 120K sq ft, offices in New York, an international production op to support global campaigns; and a vast expanding portfolio of prestigious clients across multiple (fun) verticals. Most importantly, founders are brilliant and comp package is attractive.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has 5 years of experience leading high-performing pods that blend creativity and data-driven strategies
• Can orchestrate social media campaigns that consistently exceed performance benchmarks
