Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid or in-office role for an Analytics Specialist at Great Oaks Bank. The Analytics Specialist assists and supports the Executive Management Team in all aspects of analytics, data mining, report generation, financial and profitability analysis, and credit support. This person works closely with senior management of the bank to prepare board and executive level presentations and provide ad hoc analysis as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree preferred, with emphasis in Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Systems and/or Business Administration.
- Financial/banking background preferred but not required.
- One year of experience in analytics and report generation or related business experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and follow technical procedures and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Should be comfortable working in a fast paced, flexible environment, and be able to work within teams effectively.
- Good interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.
- General knowledge of laws and regulations related to banking.
- Self-starter with good organizational skills, detail oriented and goal focused.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and related/comparable software.
- Highly tech savvy and analytical individual.
